We keep detailed records, as needed, for your files, to document action and/or to meet legal requirements. Our expertise in assessing the value of antiques and collections enables us to recommend the appropriate disposition action – to see, donate, or dispose of.

We work in tandem with you, your attorney, the estate planner, and/or realtor to organize every detail and necessary task, including cleaning and readying the house for sale.
